VIMIERA RECREATION GROUNDS LTD. ACN 000 091 396 (VRG)

VRG owns and administers the TG Millner complex for the benefit of the Eastwood rugby community. In 1999, as part of the merger of the Licensed Club with North Ryde RSL Community Club (NRRSL), VRG leased the TG Millner complex to NRRSL for an initial term of 20 years.
